Role Overview: We're looking for a creative and execution-focused Social Media Manager who can manage our brand presence across multiple platforms, create engaging content strategies, write scripts, coordinate video production, and drive audience growth. Responsibilities: • Manage and grow our social media presence across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Whatsapp community. • Create content calendars and execute content strategies • Write engaging scripts for reels, short-form videos, YouTube content, and brand campaigns • Coordinate video production, editing, and publishing workflows • Research trends, viral formats, and content opportunities within the tech, startup, and AI space • Monitor performance metrics and optimize content based on insights • Manage community engagement, comments, and audience interactions • Collaborate with founders and team members to create authentic content • Develop creative campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and brand awareness What We're Looking For: • Proven experience managing social media accounts and content strategies • Strong scriptwriting and storytelling skills • Understanding of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X platform best practices • Experience with content planning and social media analytics • Knowledge of video production and editing workflows • Ability to identify trends and convert them into engaging content • Strong communication, creativity, and attention to detail • Experience working with startups, tech brands, or personal brands is a plus
